Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and GWorldSoft Solutions Limited, which operates GENZY. By creating an account or using GENZY you agree to them, to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Community Guidelines. If you don't agree, please don't use GENZY.

  1. 1. What GENZY is

    GENZY is an education-first social network where students, lecturers, researchers and professionals learn, connect, create and earn: posts and videos, courses and certificates, live classes, communities, messages, opportunities and challenges.

  2. 2. Your account

    • You must be at least 18 years old.
    • Use your real name and accurate details (including your institution and level), and a real photograph of yourself. Keep them up to date.
    • One personal account per person. Don't impersonate anyone or create accounts for others without permission.
    • You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your password secret and tell us at once if you think someone else has access.

  3. 3. Your content

    You own what you post. You give GENZY a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, show, copy and distribute it so we can operate and promote the service; this ends when you delete the content or your account, except where it was shared by others or we must keep it by law.

    Only post content you have the right to share, and follow the Community Guidelines.

  4. 4. Things you must not do

    • Post sexual, hateful, violent, harassing or misleading content, or anything illegal.
    • Run scams: fake scholarships, jobs or investments, or asking anyone for fees, BVN, OTPs or passwords.
    • Share exam leaks, plagiarised work or fake credentials.
    • Collect other members' data, spam, use bots, or try to break, overload or bypass the security of GENZY.

  5. 5. Live classes

    Hosts are responsible for their classes. Participants must follow the host's rules and our Guidelines. Don't record or share other people's audio or video without their consent.

  6. 6. Paid plans

    Some features (such as larger live classes) need a paid plan. Prices are shown before you pay; payments are processed by Paystack. Plans renew automatically unless you switch renewal off in Billing. Except where the law says otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable, but contact us if something went wrong and we'll look into it.

  7. 7. Opportunities and third parties

    Scholarships, jobs and other opportunities may be offered by third parties. We check listings but can't guarantee them; apply on the official website and never pay anyone to “secure” a place.

  8. 8. Suspension and termination

    You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put others at risk. You can appeal decisions by contacting us.

  9. 9. Disclaimers and liability

    We work hard to keep GENZY available and accurate, but it is provided “as is”. Course content and certificates are for learning and are not formal academic qualifications unless stated. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

  10. 10. Changes, law and contact

    We may update these Terms and will tell you about material changes before they apply. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Contact us at gworldsoft.ai@gmail.com.
